I been part of Incedo family from past 9 years. You get to work under excellent leadership and extremelly talented team. Very employee friendly company and high importance given to work life balance. Leadership takes interests in your carrier. Company is women centric and in my case I was even given paid time off for 1 month for taking care of my family. Plenty of training and certifications provided to employees to keep them relevant to market. People are extremely helpful and HR keep organizing team activities to keep people engaged.
