Vantaggi
If your project is good then you can learn a lot, which I guess is common in most of the companies.
Svantaggi
A lot of cons: Worst process oriented organisation. They don't follow any process, for example salary: there is a 3rd party team (I guess so) they don't respond to you, neither they acknowledge even if you send email 10 times. Even the FnF you will receive it after 50 days whereas in email they said you will get it in 45 days. Even the salary gets delayed. I had to specifically go behind them for my salary which I received 7 days late. Management is the worse. They still follow the old age lick your bosses shoe protocol. That is what I have experienced. They fired me saying my performance was not good, but in reality they needed a scapegoat, hence fired a billable resource rather than the people who are in non-billable. Managers always favor people who always say yes sir rather than cross questioning them. Forget about the hikes, 4-6% hike even after working for 14 hours a day. Work life balance is thrown out of the window. There were other projects where people are enjoying and having coffee wasting time on breaks and gossips, no one bothers them where as hardworking people are fired sayin it is "performance" issue.
