Worst experience in my 10+ Years career working as Java Professional - Recensione dipendente - Technical Lead presso Incedo

Lack of Projects- I joined incedo as TL with Java/aws skill set but got deputed at client side to work on old legacy application which was based on Java 5 and their internal framework. Micro Management- Client does not trust you and keep interrupting on every 2 hours despite sharing status on morning status call everyday. No Work Life Balance- Manager will not approve leaves if you are not in his good books. They do escalations on petty issues in the name of resource management. Managers - client puppet if i may say so, will teach you some boot licking skills but they do not know there is diff between soft skills and boot licking skills No Job Security- After working one year at client side on their legacy applications without any exposure on latest tech stack , I got released from project and next week I was made to put my paper citing that incedo does not have currently any open opportunity for Java/Spring/Aws resources and forced to leave in a week without serving 3 months notice.
