Everything. 1. upper management is unprofessional way too unprofessional and managers are literally unskilled, no technical skill no communication skill 2. Policies made by them are not useful, they keep changing policies 3. Chennai location people are biased with North Indians. 4. HR department have single person doing everything Ruben Varghese and this guy is toxic and have no manners of even talking. 5. Some management employee are just have no knowledge and work like school kids eg.Vikram. top leaders and no knowledge 6. Choose some startup but not this company this is fraud.
