I feel compelled to share the detailed account of my recent and disheartening experience with Incedo, a company I joined on August 8, 2023, only to be terminated abruptly on September 6, 2023. Shortly after commencing my employment at Incedo, I received a disconcerting email from their background verification team, expressing their inability to contact my previous employer in Dubai. Disturbed by this, I promptly reached out to my former organization in Dubai, only to discover that they had not received any attempts at communication from Incedo. Taking matters into my own hands, I provided Incedo with my exit letter and salary slips, hoping to expedite the background verification process. However, despite my best efforts, Incedo remained unsatisfied with the documentation and initiated the termination process. In a race against time, I collaborated with my former HR and supervisor in Dubai, who promptly sent emails and additional proof of my employment to Incedo. Despite this concerted effort, Incedo persisted with their decision to terminate my employment, leaving me in a state of professional uncertainty. This unforeseen termination has had a profound impact on my career, making it exceptionally challenging for me to secure new opportunities. As I am still unemployed and unable to get hired elsewhere.
