Biggest Con of the company is they think that employees are idiots who listen to what they say. There won't be any system and rules changes in this company frequently as to the management convenience.
They need all the employees work on weekends as well even though there is no work. And worst is that they forces them to assign work on weekends and on public holidays.
No rules, no regulations and nothing in this company.
And last but not least the above reviews which are posted are done by themselves only as no employee has right to post their feedback's on social platforms.
