Hi there! We appreciate your feedback, however, we're saddened to read your comments about how you felt there was a lack of career progression as well as feeling you were not supported during times that your family needed you.
We believe we have processes in place and our management teams have received adequate training when it comes to supporting their teams and employees whilst working #insideindeed. That being said we also understand that in this instance your personal experience was not one that felt you were supported or had any opportunity to grow here at Indeed.
Usually, we would request that you speak with your local HRPB for support on these topics but as you have left the company we would welcome you to email us at inside@indeed.com so we can learn more about this and ensure your feedback gets passed to the correct team.
Many thanks!
I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.
Svantaggi
The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
