-Company treated staff great at the start of the pandemic. Good experience when you have a great manager -Quarterly bonus -Great new office in Dublin! Though a bit hard to reach

Cons - The biggest con; the nepotism in the different departments, especially Sales and Client Success. If you have a great manager, you have a good experience if you 'click' with them. If you have a less than great manager, you'll have a less than good experience, to downright awful. - Indeed uses two parallel systems to track anything from Finance, Sales, Support etc. This means that there is a lot of extra work to be done that isn't efficient and distracts from your job. The Tech Stack is cobbled together, not crafted from a singular perspective. -KPIs are constantly changing, and the work itself is transforming into simple Call-center work. -There had been a hiring freeze and this caused very limited chances to grow in the company. -Unlimited PTO isn't unlimited anymore. In Sale and CS it doesn't count for much unless you overreach your target significantly AND you're in good standing with your manager. Even then, it's only slightly more. -Indeed is data-driven, but is it in a very superficial way. They don't look deeper into the numbers, and don't derive any real value from their numbers. i.e. Markets reaching their targets is a simple yes or no. No deeper analysis into how and why. Another example, Indeed wants to grow and get 'closer to the hire' because they've noticed the recruiting industry is much larger than what they have been aiming for. They didn't analyse their value to their clients, but simply decided to throw a product in to 'get closer to the hire' that hardly works. -The pay and benefits at other Tech companies in Dublin are way better. -This would, partially, explain why Indeed has a hard time attracting or keeping skilled personnel. There had been a hiring freeze for a year and a half, and the departments kept shrinking, while the work kept piling up. This is in particular for the UK and especially BeNeLux team -The product itself isn't really great. A lot of extra tools they roll-out aren't fully developed. They could definitely take more time in thinking this through.

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
