Hi there, thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. We're glad to hear that you appreciate our working culture, but we'd also like to take this opportunity to address your concerns.
We always want to recognise our employees for the great work they do, and we want to ensure our employees progress in their career with us. With that, we encourage employees to have weekly 1:1’s with their managers to not just ensure that goals are met, but also to have discussions on career development. We have standards and processes in place for promotions, such as our quarterly reviews and calibrations.
