Poor Management - Recensione dipendente - Recruiter presso Indeed

Poor management seems to be a recurring theme here on the cons and I can attest to that. I was a recruiter who was terminated even after meeting my quarterly goals. The reason for my termination wasn't made clear to me in the initial zoom meeting where I was let go. Only after I emailed the head of HR was the reason given. I had the unfortunate luck of being paired with a manager who never seemed to like me or wanted to see me succeed. He frequently uninvited me from weekly team meetings on the very day we were scheduled to have them. Very bitter taste left in my mouth not only by my experience with my manager but also senior management and HR who were complacent during all this.
