No opportunity for growth - Recensione dipendente - Technical Recruiter presso Indeed

The irony of a company that is supposed to help people get jobs, doing two rounds of mass layoffs. The joke of the company's internal saying "we want your next job to be at Indeed." Countless individuals moved into roles they hated after the first mass layoff and major re-org in March 2023, with zero opportunity for growth and internal mobility. Overall, just insanely disappointed that what I thought was an amazing company with a future for me didn't end up providing. So many amazing folks (both laid off and still employed) who are unhappy.
