I enjoy the company and the people. I like that it is Monday - Friday, competitive pay, small company feel.

Small IT department for such a large company, but it is manageable.

Staff is welcoming and very skilled. Everyone works hard, including Management and I appreciate that. Pay is fair. Benefits are fair. Workload is not back breaking work, but it does require focus, organization and fine attention to details. This is not my first Corporate work environment so I am familiar with the expectations. My manager is here early and always willing to jump in to help. She is direct with her expectations and transparent about her team monthly goals. When a manager models great behaviors, it can motivate an entire team. Thankful for the Unlimited WaWa coffee, sometimes it's the small things in life!!

I do not agree with having to 'earn' the perk of working from home one day a week. I think it is a great perk to offer but not inclusive. If a new employee is good enough to be hired and expected to do a fine job, then the new employees should have the same perks. Do not take away the Value of your newer employees. Tip: It is like telling a new hire that we are not worthy of a work-life balance.
