They provide financial and personal support for continuing education up to the Master's level. There is support for personal and professional growth.

The company can lose the lines of communication due to its size and the number of departments. Not all management is proficient enough to be able to make a decision without going up the chain. Also, health insurance companies not very popular with public right now.
