The managers will give you a schedule with 1 day off during the week BUT will give you a Friday 12-845 and a Saturday 9:45-6p schedule which leave you with not being able take care of your own well being. Your whole weekend is gone. You have no family connection. That will be your permanent schedule with the Sunday off and the one day during the week. Guess what they don’t care. Maybe the hire up don’t know how unbalanced that kind of schedule is. The company need to come up with a new strategy.
