If you're even thinking about working for this employer, DO NOT!! They try to look good in the media, but they don't care about their employees. They pay the media to give them good positive reviews. IBX is the most cut throat company I've ever worked for. t's so sad because they lost a lot of wonderful employees over the years due to extremely bad management, and the stress. The CEO does nothing! He basically just want to look good for the face of IBX. How are you going to reflect positivity on the organization where you have employees quitting left and right and your reviews online are horrible from employees and members. They forced a RTO, which put a lot of people in situations after being remote for 4 years and made a promise that we would be 100% remote forever. Also, they hire these supervisors who don't have a clue about how to support their teams and managers that are completely clueless and don't possess any leadership qualities. No clear direction or strategic plan for the future. I feel like IBX is going to sink really bad really soon probably within the next year or so.
