no cons experienced during the tenure

You are a Disney employee, there are loads of great fringe benefits of this fact. But it sadly ends there.

The company has been in disarray since the great departure of all the seniors (read people who were running the place) from mid 2013 onwards when their Lock-in's expired post merger, since then its just been absolutely downhill. The new upper management coupled with old seniors within the company have managed to make it a toxic workplace filled with anger, deception, micro-management and power struggles.
