EAP is not helpful and there is literally nobody to turn to when the need to report unethical activity about your manager ensues! And the “no retaliation” rule does not apply if the office manager is in tight with upper management! The office environment can become mentally toxic to a person that has true morals and values when they are working with a manager that does not have good ethics!
