Great coworkers and management personnel, very caring and compassionate towards patients and associates, fun place to work, fast paced, always busy, work is interesting and varied, opportunity to learn several systems

High pressure, stressful, must always be mindful of the performance scores which sometimes shifted focus from the patients. Was not always able to help patients within the five minutes allowed for the call, if calls went over five minutes, it reflected badly on performance score.

very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.
