It's a small company so your opinions really do count, which is especially nice when you need creative freedom or want to reach certain goals within the company. People who join the team and really work hard seem to be on their desired career path at Indigo. The office is amazing - there are windows everywhere and it's an open concept with plenty of room. I really like the team and hanging out with everyone. Beer-thirty is especially nice.

It's a startup, so obviously you sometimes have to step up and out of your comfort zone from time to time - though I wouldn't consider it a con, some people may.
