-Layoffs happen on average slightly more than once per year even if business seems fine, they’ll feel inevitable while you’re there. Also tanks moral way too often. -Zensar (parent company) blocks a large majority of raises and promotions that Indigo requests (making it especially painful that Indigo pushes everyone to work towards promotions). -Zensar sets extreme jumps in revenue goals each year even if previous goals weren't met. -Zensar has awful mandatory training twice a year that feels meaningless and out-dated by decades (it's worse than it sounds). - Indigo's upper management seems like they have almost no voice at the table with Zensar.
