1.Use and throw concept . 2. Your PF cannot be transferred to MNC's after 2 years of struggle also.. They are weak in maintaining PF policies.this is my personal experience. Upto now also they aren't able to transfer. 3. CEO is very good and calm, but Project Management and Leaders are not so.. 4. They ask to beg customers and tell sorry to clients without reasons .. 5.No support from team leads if client escalates a small issue also!!
