While my time at Indium Software was overwhelmingly rewarding there were moments that were tough. The company's rapid growth, while exciting, often shifted the focus away from the employees who were truly dedicated and giving their all. Like in any large organization the undercurrents of office politics sometimes crept in and it could be disheartening to see how it affected collaboration and decision making. These moments were challenging but they didn't diminish the overall positive impact the company had on me!!!
