A great culture.Unlike like large corporations, where individuals have very specific job descriptions that limit their duties, Expect to take on more than what you were hired on for. “Your role will change, and you will learn to do different jobs. Working with the best especially the operations team. Always manages to outshine even when they are understaffed. Feels awesome to work with a talented team.

They are often quick to hire and quick to fire. You are never given a second chance incase of a mistake. The company employees are not in any trade union/ COTU So if you're looking for long term stability, it's not the right choice for you.

Board direction and formal policy making lacking. Lacking standard HR practice as owners run HR haphazardly. Operating Capital and cash flow crisis constant. Clock watchers-Very rigid on employee clocking time but unwilling to eliminate time wasters on their end.
