      Leuke mensen, erg prettige sfeer. Geweldig management: er wordt geluisterd, samen beslist, samen stappen gezet. Klant én personeel staan centraal. Je krijgt de tijd om meer te doen dan werken aan projecten alleen: leergangen, coding dojos, tech nights, hackathons, AI wedstrijden, conferenties, cursussen, ... Programmeurs hebben de drive om hoge kwaliteit software te schrijven, nieuwe technieken te proberen, altijd te blijven leren. Dat maakt Infi tot een zeer leerzaam bedrijf waar klanten graag mee samenwerken. Openheid en transparantie in bedrijfsvoering. Prima secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en salaris.

      Svantaggi

      Projecten lijken sterk op elkaar en verlopen nauwelijks. Salaris is laag t.o.v. grote tech bedrijven. Beperkte carrièremogelijkheden voor Senior Developers.

      There's almost a flat hierarchy at Infi which means that there is a lot of room to voice your opinions on several things e.g. in what direction the company is going, or the kinds of employee policies, etc. These opinions are also taken into account when high-level decisions are to be made. Also 9 to 5 mentality and days off are well respected.

      With freedom comes responsibility, and this is not for everyone. There are some people that sometimes interpret this freedom as doing whatever they like at the cost of their responsibilities. Fortunately doesn't happen too frequent.
