No cons to speak of

The benefits were great and the people I worked with were amazing.

The product is doing well and but the company has not been meeting their set goals and has gone through 6-7 rounds of layoffs over the past year and a half. There is an air of transparency in the company but at the end of the day there is no warning for layoffs and they always make the situation seem safe when that is not really the case.
