Find part numbers, where parts books are either not onsite or falling apart. • Very little to no training giving. Leaving to people getting fustrated when they are unable to figure things out. • Expectation to work way past your normal hours for no remuneration. As overtime isn't paid and time back in lieu is rarely giving back and not monitored.
