Three months of paid “training”.

Never came through on any of the things they said they would provide, expected drivers to pay for vehicle maintenance and get reimbursed... eventually. Never provided a permanent vehicle, steady route, or uniform. I never met anyone from the company outside of the person who hired me, and I never saw him after my first few days of working there for 3 months. I was laid off by text message. They would send out emails, never checking to see if you actually received them, and assumed that was clear communication.
