Networking should be done only with business leaders in inspire and not leaders in other offices. Accountability here is all talk along with expansion plans nothing is ever concrete. Hours are not properly explained in interviews and we are not compensated with a base salary or overtime. Only way anyone qualifies for benefits is if they become a manager and there is only one in our entire office(it took 2 years for our manager to qualify). The difficulty of the management training program, lack of benefits, and hours is why there is a revolving door in the business. How are we going to attract college graduates or quality salesman if we can't even provide basic benefits compensation that are given in any entry level position? Even solar offers benefits and better work life balance.
