Some nice people Unlimited holiday when you’re allowed to take it

Position themselves as a people and purpose led organisation always but realistically they aren’t this. They’re all about the bottom line and when ROI isn’t quick enough, they get rid of people with some lame excuse. Honestly not worth joining. Will work you into the ground, keep moving expectation and goal posts, and when you raise it, they’ll get rid and replace you… rinse and repeat

Many of the employees are great.

SLT are deeply disconnected from the day to day realities of the business. Despite the image portrayed through social media and company branding, there is little genuine regard for employee wellbeing or experience.
