Classless, rants over how you should sell your soul to work there and work every minute of your shift, your days off, holidays, and even during family emergencies. No cold drinking water for employees. Followed to bathroom to make sure you aren't taking a break. Unfair routing of calls to allow preferential treatment while being held to "office averages" nothing makes sense in the policies since they are all built in favor of the house.
