This is not the typical work environment in a very good way. The employees have a unique drive to encourage and help their fellow coworkers' develop both personally and professionally. I grew exponentially in my knowledge of content marketing, strategy, teamwork, communication and more in my 10 months there. I witnessed the company making active changes to encourage employees to take advantage of the unlimited paid time off perk and care for their employees in multiple ways. The flexible work environment and ability to work remotely was also wonderful.

While I was there, the company went through some growing pains which left my particular team in a tough spot with shifting support systems, but I believe they are headed in the right direction with the new support system. My particular role made it difficult to take time off, but like I mentioned in the pro section, they were working to improve this area. The salary is lower than average.
