Fast paced environment to suited to all people. Heavy workload at times. Employees expected to manage a diversity of tasks that may not fit exactly within their job description. High expectations and accountability that can feel personal at times. Miscommunication between executive team members that can lead to frustration and lack of clarity.

Work truck, gas card and electronics

Management is hostile, expected to work excessive hours without recognition, owners are not on the same page making communication very difficult, management is deceiving looking for reasons to reprimand rather than promote positive change, employee are put in positions to lie intimidated if they don’t concur with ownership. The compensation is ridiculously less than advertised or even within industry norms. Raises, bonuses or even acknowledgment by ownership for hard work shouldn’t be expected.
