• Upper management and ownership don't value employees. If you're a person who is looking for career growth, opportunity, or an employer who values your hard work and skill sets you this is not the place to work. • Middle managers are out of touch and don't understand how to properly communicate without over reacting. •Leadership often relies on excessive micromanagement, creating an environment where employees are not trusted to do the jobs they were hired for. HR presents itself as a resource for employees, but in my experience, it primarily serves to protect management rather than address legitimate workplace concerns. Communication from leadership can be inconsistent, and opportunities for advancement are frequently discussed but rarely materialize. Promises regarding promotions and career growth often lack follow-through, making it difficult to trust what is communicated.
