Good company to work for. Great culture.

There is nothing that stands out as Cons.

like a govt job if you have a good relation with higher people.

The company has a pretty laid back atmosphere and pays below industry averages. I worked with this company for almost 2 years and I still don't understand that when increment time comes the management start firing 2-3 employees and give excuses of recession and loss. this is the best and oldest weapon of infopro management. The Management is horrible they even don't know the ground reality of work and most of the time the y spend on their internal war. Work culture is horrible. You will be made to work like Donkeys, day and night with no appreciation or even recognition from managers or peers. All the teams are made to work overtime everyday. IT department is the worst dept of infopro. I don't know what they want to proof to management that they are saving money of company because they believe in repairing goods not purchase new one like IT stuff, laptop bags (repairing from mochi) laptop adapter.. this is the standard of this company
