Infobase India's management is extremely toxic and masochistic. Salaries are way below market standards. Hikes are disguised to look impressive but are meagre peanuts. Women are treated inferior when it comes to assigning projects. Constructive criticism is squashed by senior management. A majority of Infobase India employees do not know to converse in proper professional English. Instead local regional languages are used even in meetings. Senior management regularly engages in passing sexist comments.

Infobase India has been working hard to to improve culture and employee well-being over the last year. The current management staff proactively addresses and discusses any team issues, as well as provides annual harassment sessions. Annual performance reviews have been implemented within the organization and we continue to evaluate and align both Infobase India and HQ.
