Projects have been tied to industry latest with lots of learning opportunities. Have experienced open door policies with other members and reporting structure and encouraged to discussed openly any concerns and ideas in an open setting within the organization.

As a smaller company with very minimal management layer, one might prefer a larger managerial career growth capacity.
