Sat Sun is off only for the saying, you have to work to meet targets.
Targets are so high that you can't take leave, you have to work on Sat/ Sun, 9 hr shift is compulsory and no location based attendance.
They will remove you within 3 months if you don't meet their targets, continuous threat of not meeting the targets. Irrelevant, Qured thing they expect to do it at home. Leaves you with no personal life. Work late night , meet targets , have so many KRAs to fulfill. Then do cold calling only , mailing and everything. Simply Elite BPO thing , there is not even a R of Research in this company. And don't go for expert side that's the most pathetic role with no growth and life. If they remove you after probation you will be left in between with a void. Office has full politics and just 2 VPs are there so very LALA company feels. No cab facility, no parking even for the company. Avoid as much as possible
