E.g you are expected to be a proactive communicator, but many times you get no answers for weeks even for product-related questions. - senior skills and knowledge are not valued in many areas, e.g. development, design and product - an inability to say no: acceptation of micro-management and last-minute change requests from customers in most cases - the strategy is not visible for employees - overcomplicated hour tracking system with too much administrative duties
