There is no professionalism. You have to send at least 10 mails before you get a reply. They treat employees very badly. They are not really an IT company. They are more of a glorified recruitment agency. Non qualified people are acting as managers for skilled qualified workers. Avoid at all costs. They get really annoyed when you decide to leave.
