They do not micromanage. They expect you to work but are caring, easy to work with and supportive. You feel that you can make a difference!

Company is sporadically paying employees, if at all. Company let employee health insurance policy lapse without notice. No communication from CEO when payroll was not going to be met. 401k deductions from paycheck do not get deposited in timely manner, if at all.
