- In name of flexible timing, they accept you to be there forever. - In the name of "Responsibilities", they want everything should be managed by single person (Top-To-Bottom) - Worst top management - No processes for project management - In name of Performance bonus they don't have any proper Criteria for measuring it. - Company internally don't have tools for managing documents, projects, people management, etc - Gender bais - HR policy are all employer driven. It will change as and needed by company comfort. - Top management can't handle the criticism. So never indulge in argument with top management. - Working on old technology and don't want to evolve. - Hygiene and cleaniness will extremely be reflected when client are going to visit. - Managers encourage for innovative idea, but won't come to implementaion table.
