- As a fresher , world class training - Various programs like bridge / IJP through which you can grab early promotions and change your role with good hike - Hike is good with minimum 5 to maximum 15% - Flexible work hours in office ( min 3.5 hours only and then you can continue from home for rest of the day ) - Flexible work location ,i.e , you can work from any nearest dc to your home .Just book a seat and voila .

Svantaggi

- No guarantee that you will be mapped to support , testing or development project if you are coming as a fresher . - No employee benefits like team parties , meetups , fun trips .Not even a diwali gift/ bonus . I didn't even had any in my 5 years of experience . - Work life balance depends upon your project solely . My previous project was toxic where I had to work even on weekends and was clocking 12 hours per day . But in current project it is very chill . So it all depends upon your luck .
