9.15 working hours even when there is no work to complete No sick leave Variable pay is too much(more than 15%) Poor senior management Very less pay when compared to other employers Laterals are given more hike with higher band, even when they are less experience than us. More Support projects and very very less implementation projects and its difficult to come out of a support project even after two years.
