Vantaggi

world class campus and facilities job security excellent training program in their mysore campus good chances of getting onsite if you are the doing the right work in the right project, or if you are ready to lower your self esteem and start cribbing for it.

Svantaggi

pays less compared to industry standards some of their policies are not at all employee friendly (such as 9.15hrs compulsary even if on bench, mandatory 3 months notice period, no scope for dynamic growth even if your performance is excellent) never received 100% of the variable component since last 4 yrs so salary in return will always be lesser than that on paper
