Vantaggi

Good Training and Work life balance. Perfect for a fresher as it makes them work harder since 4-5 exp guys usually don't work much except few. Builds knowledge and confidence in freshers which will help their career in future. External certifications are encouraged in both technical and domain/process which helps to build knowledge

Svantaggi

Technically strong / Hard workers not rewarded. Just people who talk and fill spreadsheets are promoted. Very less salary and Worst HR policies. Too much politics
