      My favorite part of working at Infosys was the training. Their training programs are amazing and I met a lot of great people along the way.

      After training, I never got a project. That resulted in a LOT of downtime, some of which included finding random training videos to watch, some of which was pure slacking off. This might be your cup of tea, but it was too boring for me

      2 at-home days per week

      Svantaggi

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
