It depends on the project. From some project you can get more knowledge you will work on new things. But in few of them you won't get to work on challenging roles

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
