Vantaggi

The good thing is that they give you training as soon as you join. It is a crash course and you learn a lot using a great platform called Lex.

Svantaggi

After training you're on the bench and it feels as if you're forgotten about. Until you are on a project, it is a very boring place. There isn't a lot of work to do, and there isn't much indication about when you will be placed on a project. You also don't get a lot of Annual Leave.
