Vantaggi

They have created a good brand: that is also going Good Campus area and facilities good for freshers, finish a year and then run....

Svantaggi

Most of the bosses are bad: beware of the ones who are not in Software delivery or client facing. They will not grow and will not let you grow Policies are made by HR who has no clue on how IT works Inverted Organization: more PMs than less people to work Really tough admin staff. you will find real good red tape here They will force you to get Infosys internal certification. which is of no use. External certifications are NO NO 9 Hours and 15 Mins Mandatory . Even if you have no work to fill it. PHEW No Parking if you reach late :-) 3 Months Notice
