      There are all types of people on earth, and most of the bad ones are present in Infosys. I've been working for 15 months, and believe me, I am supporting in Development and Modification of Complete Automation framework for a big client company(its a bank). I get an in-hand salary of Rs.14,210 per month and there are people calling me for help whose salaries are in range 60-70k.

      2 at-home days per week

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
